Defend Insurance provides automotive insurance solutions to customers in the Czech Republic market. Their services include gap insurance, car insurance, truck insurance, technical control insurance, and other related insurance services. In Defend Insurance, we implemented features for policy generation and quotation generation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in insurance-related processes. One key task was developing comprehensive modules related to vehicles, which allowed for easy management, tracking, and updating of vehicle information within the system. This feature streamlined the process for managing a large number of vehicles, making it easier to provide insurance solutions tailored to the needs of each customer.

Another important contribution was the integration of export-import functionalities for policies and quotations in PDF and CSV format. This feature helped streamline data management and facilitated seamless operations, as policies and quotations could be easily exported and imported from the system. In addition to these capabilities, I also developed and fine-tuned modules related to claim modification. These modules provided a user-friendly interface for adjusting claims, helping to ensure that customer requests could be resolved quickly and efficiently. Custom form handling features were also implemented to enhance flexibility, allowing Defend Insurance to customize their services according to their customers’ unique needs.

Overall, my work on the Defend Insurance project helped optimize their insurance services and improve the customer experience. By implementing robust features for policy and quotation generation, vehicle management, and claim modification, I helped Defend Insurance differentiate themselves from their competitors and become a trusted provider of automotive insurance solutions.
